My grandson watched this with me and said, why does a Christian film need to swear to convert me? Good question. The Fathers attitude already shows he’s a hypocrite, anything more only makes non-believers ask, why does a Christian film need to swear to convert?
You can tell your grandson that a Christian film wouldn’t “swear to convert you”….based on the two clips, I’d say this is more a film mocking christians.
i think that’s the point, folks. if the father were infallible what lesson would we learn? and furthermore, who said the father’s character is the one in the film who inspires faith???
any grown up should know by now that just because someone preaches, it does not mean they practice. thankfully, it looks like this is not a film based on stereotypical characters that are easy to peg. which means i’m interested enough to watch!
kudos.

I would like to support your film by posting your trailer and other promotional videos on my site onlybelieve.tv
Thank you,

Hoo boy. I can see there’s going to be a lot of confused Christians missing the point when this thing comes out.
They’re not good at picking up subtle mockery, are they?
Thanks for your comment a while back. A sneak preview of The Master Plan, is now online:

Traditional film distribution hasn’t made sense for the movie yet, so I hope to create a groundswell of interest in it on the Internet.
If you like it, please share and tweet!
